-on Falster has a completely unique location directly on the white sandy beach on the Baltic Sea. The area size is 8.18 ha. It is furnished with 288 units.

The site area itself is very well maintained. The current strength in the places is 10-13 amp. In the former Camping Council’s classification system, it was awarded 3 stars. There are 4 cabins for rent – 1 with cold water – the other cabins are without water. In addition, 4 older caravans are rented out. The wagons are equipped with large newer awnings. A 2-storey holiday house of 115 m2 is also rented out on the site. The house contains 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen and bathroom. For this season, 2 very rustic shelters have also been built, where a fire pit has been set up next to them. They have proven, from day 1, to be very popular.
The owner states that in the past season 82 pitches were rented out for seasonal pitches and 11 pitches for spring pitches.

Information and shop are located in the main building at the entrance to the square. The building contains various storage rooms with a cold room and 2 freezer rooms as well as a TV/living room. The 1st floor is furnished as a private residence.
The Next Stay booking system is used.

The shop is traditionally furnished with shelves and accessories. The freezers for ice in the room belong to the supplier. There is an oven for making Bakeoff.

On the square there is a restaurant/cafeteria with space for 130 guests. Adjacent to this, there is a terrace with seating for around 70 people. The attached kitchen is very well equipped.

The 2 service buildings on the site are divided into traditional men’s/women’s departments and family bathrooms, changing room, disabled room, dog bathroom and a sauna room equipped with shower/toilet. There are 2 kitchens with 10 cooking islands, 13 sinks, 2 ovens and 2 micro ovens. In the laundry there are 2 industrial washing machines mrk. Miele 2 dryers, 1 by mrk. Miele and 1 of mrk. electrolux.
There are 2 lounges – one is located next to the shop/information, the other is on the 1st floor above the service building.

The square has a large play area with play equipment, 2 new bouncy pads and ball fields. There is also a small playground in the middle of the campsite. Adjacent to this is a barbecue area with benches/tables.
Other activities include billiards, table tennis, table football.

At the entrance to the square is a building that was previously used as information. This building is currently used for storage, but has at one time been furnished as an apartment, so the possibility of furnishing a holiday home is obvious.
The site’s heating source is oil. According to the owner, the consumption is approx. 10,000 on an annual basis.
A charging station for electric cars has been established.

The private
The private residence is arranged on the 1st floor of the main building. It is 288m2 and consists of 2 large living rooms, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 large terraces, 1 to the east and 1 to the west.
